Therefore, we educate our people and give them the opportunity to grow in areas of their interest. We are not afraid to leave the responsibility of the most important tasks on people who are capable and prepared to accept it and we try to quickly identify and develop every special skill.
More than ordinary employees
Although our reasons for taking care of our staff are always pragmatic in the beginning, they usually later go beyond to the personal level. We spend most of our lives together, we strive our efforts in the same direction, pursuing the same goals and it would be surprising if the atmosphere in our company is not friendly. At the same time it is true that the limits of liability are clearly identified and no one is untouchable if not able to meet previously agreed commitments to the company.
